TITAN is very pleased to confirm the first sale of its newly designed, twin-shaft TITAN ER610 cantilever slitter rewinder to the Turkish converter, Nural Plastik Ltd. at the K’2007 exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany. The machine was officially launched at K’2007 on 24th October with live demonstrations every day at the exhibition (on stand 3-D52 in Hall 3). The machine will be delivered at the customer’s request in December this year.

Nural Plastik is located in Izmir and is an important and rapidly expanding converter in Turkey, serving the domestic market for flexible packaging materials and plastic bags. The company recently expanded its flexo printing operations with the purchase of a new SCHIAVI EF 4040 electronic flexo printing press, also to be installed at the end of this year. 
 
"We were very impressed with the performance of the TITAN SR8 slitter rewinder with an integral unwind during slitting trials, but also with reputation of TITAN slitting technology in Turkey and the support provided by Bobst Group and its local representative company Feyzi A.S.," Mr. Serkan Altundag, Assistant General Manager for the company confirmed at the K’2007 exhibition.

"We are very happy to have our first TITAN slitter rewinder which will make a big contribution to the productivity and quality of materials supplied to our important customers," he said.
