High speeds require highly accurate feeding. BOBST has developed EASYFEEDER GT to ensure smooth and even feeding of your folder-gluer, regardless of the speed. It also allows uninterrupted operation, with a minimum number of operators. This device comes complete with a loader/batch inverter that allows the blanks to be fed with the printing on top, in other words, as delivered by the die-cutting shop. The operator does not therefore have to invert them manually when feeding the gluer, thus avoiding any musculoskeletal problems. Furthermore, the buffer stocks provided by the EASYFEEDER GT feeder and by the table upstream of the batch inverter allow the operator to momentarily leave his or her workstation. He or she can then perform other tasks and thus further reduce your operating costs.
