Cutting / Creasing and Embossing
Paper, carton or corrugated sheets are processed as follows:
1. On basic Autoplaten® SP- type machines:

- Feeder - Feed table: picked up from the top of the pile and shingled feed on a registration table
- Infeed: registered in reference to the front and side edges
- Platen: die-cut / creased / embossed
- Delivery: pile delivered in a single piece
2. On Autoplaten® SP–E type machines :

- Feeder - Feed table: picked up from the top of the pile and shingled feed on a registration table
- Infeed: registered in reference to the front and side edges or on the print for the Lateral Register
- Platen: die-cut / creased / embossed
- Stripping: internal pieces of waste, side and rear strips of waste are removed
- Delivery: pile delivered of blanks attached to each other
3. On Autoplaten® SP–ER type machines:

- Feeder - Feed table: picked up from the top of the pile and shingled feed on a registration table
- Infeed: registered in reference to the front and side edges or on the print for the Power Register
- Platen: die-cut / creased / embossed
- Stripping: internal pieces of waste, side and rear strips of waste are removed
- Blanking: blanks are separated from each other and from the front trim and simultaneously piled up individually
- Pile delivered of separated and counted blank batches
